Focused, practical priorities that reflect what our community actually needs.

What I'll Do for Dale

Dale needs leadership that listens, understands what's working and what isn't, and takes action where it matters most. These priorities reflect what people are experiencing every day in our schools, neighborhoods, and daily lives.

  • Safer/Smarter Streets & Infrastructure

Getting around Dale shouldn’t feel unsafe or frustrating. We need safer roads, more sidewalks, and better infrastructure that actually works for our community. That means fixing neglected secondary streets, improving high-risk intersections, adding lighting to key areas, and making it safer for people to walk, drive, and move through Dale every day.

  • Strong Schools for Students & Teachers

Our students do better when our schools and educators are fully supported. Dale’s schools are full of potential, but they need more support. I’ll work alongside our school leadership and community to advocate for what our students and teachers actually need, from addressing overcrowding and outdated facilities to ensuring resources reflect the real makeup of our schools, including students with disabilities, multilingual learners, and the growing need for mental health support in our schools.

  • More for Families and Seniors

Dale should be a place where people can live well at every stage of life. We need more spaces and resources that bring people together and support everyday life. That includes community spaces, recreation options, and thoughtful planning for seniors who want to age in place. Families shouldn’t have to leave Dale to find the amenities and support they need.

  • Growth That Works for Dale

Growth should improve our quality of life, not strain it. Dale deserves thoughtful, community-centered development that brings opportunity without leaving residents behind. That means attracting businesses, expanding local options for dining and services, and creating pathways so people, especially young professionals, can live, work, and stay right here in Dale. It also means being more intentional about what we build. Our community deserves development that reflects our needs. That includes protecting and expanding green spaces so every part of Dale has access to safe, healthy environments, while supporting realistic, coordinated approaches to housing stability.

  • A Community That’s Informed & Heard

We deserve to know what’s happening before decisions are made, not after. Too many people in Dale are left out of the process because information doesn’t reach them in time. I’m committed to meeting people where they are, sharing information clearly and consistently, and making sure our community is informed, engaged, and represented every step of the way.
